২০২৫-এর জানুয়ারিতে DeepSeek এসে AI industry-কে কাঁপিয়ে দিল — ChatGPT-এর কাছাকাছি quality, সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি। এক বছর পর, আমি দুটো model দিয়ে ১৭টা parallel task চালিয়েছি — একই prompt, একই সময়। কোনটা আসলে winner? উত্তর hype-এর চেয়ে অনেক বেশি subtle।
"DeepSeek = free ChatGPT" — এই কথা ২০২৬-এর শেষেও Twitter-এ শোনা যাবে। কিন্তু এটা ৬০% সত্য আর ৪০% মিথ্যা। সত্যটা subtle, তবে practical: কিছু কাজে DeepSeek genuinely ChatGPT-কে replace করে, আবার কিছু কাজে DeepSeek প্রায় useless।

DeepSeek: Bangla output technically correct, কিন্তু "অনুবাদ" feel। বাক্য গঠন slightly awkward। "চা" এর জায়গায় হঠাৎ "চাহ্" — মানে কোথাও Hindi/Urdu pattern leak করছে।
বিজয়ী: ChatGPT clearly। Bangla content creator-দের জন্য DeepSeek এখনো backup, primary tool না।
একটা restaurant menu ছবি upload করে "এই menu-তে most affordable vegetarian option কী, এবং price BDT-তে?"

একই pattern আরো কিছু topic-এ — Taiwan independence, Uyghur, Hong Kong protest। বাংলাদেশি user-দের কাছে এই topics এড়িয়ে যাওয়া typically problem না — but professional journalism, academic research, political analysis-এ এটা bug, feature না।
