রুনু সরকার Dhaka-র একটা NGO-র research officer। তাঁর সপ্তাহের ৪০% কাজ Bangla → English (donor report-এর জন্য) এবং English → Bangla (community-facing material)। ২০২৪-এ তিনি পুরো freelance translator (Mohammad ভাই, Banglamotor) hire করতেন — মাসে ৳১২,০০০। ২০২৫-এর জুন-এ তিনি একটা experiment শুরু করেছিলেন: ১২টা parallel translation chuck (প্রতিটায় ৫০০-৮০০ শব্দ), দিয়েছিলেন ৫টা AI translation tool-এ + Mohammad ভাই-এ। তারপর তিনটা native Bangla-English bilingual reviewer দিয়ে blind rating। Result অপ্রত্যাশিত — কোন AI কখন Mohammad ভাই-এর সমান, কখন better, কখন একদমই worse। রুনু আজও Mohammad ভাই-কে hire করেন, কিন্তু শুধু ২০% কাজে। বাকি ৮০% AI-augmented — মাসিক খরচ ৳২,৪০০ থেকে ৳৩,৬০০-এ।

• Gemini 3.5 Pro: Similar to GPT-5। Rating: 8.3/10।
• DeepL: Workable কিন্তু "fiscal year 2024" দিয়েছিল ব্যবহারিক English-এ যা donor-language-এ "FY2024"। Rating: 7.5/10।
• Google Translate: "Our micro-credit program has acquired 42,000 beneficiaries in fiscal year 2024 to achieve financial self-reliance of rural women in Bangladesh." — Literal, awkward order। Rating: 6.0/10।
• Mohammad ভাই (3-year experience translator): Almost identical to Claude। Rating: 9.3/10।

Winner: Claude/Mohammad ভাই tie

Test 2: Idiomatic Bangla → English ("মাথা ঠাণ্ডা রাখুন এবং পরিস্থিতি সামাল দিন")
